Why you should avoid the back row at the cinema....

A Trip To The Movies
We took the short ferry ride from the Tenerife terminal across to the Bulimba stop and after a short walk, the standard COVID check ins at the Balmoral Cinema and a pack of Peanut M&Ms - we settled into the movie - The Dry.
It was OK - a bit slow in places, but – yes worth a watch.
We sat close to the back and enjoyed the cinematic action in this grand old retro cinema.
There were not that many people so it was good to be able to stretch out and relax.
Dawn reached for the M&Ms and knocked the packet onto the floor.
Powered along by the gently sloping floor and the urge to reach the front row, 40+ oval shape M&Ms made their way on a meandering journey right from the back row of the cinema all the way to the front row.
For the next 2 minutes or so the sound of M&Ms striking the feet of the cinema seats with a gentle but audible 'tinkle' as they made their way to their destination - was soothing and painful.
We tried harder and harder to sink lower in our seats as the attention of the audience was gradually taken from the movie to the plight of our pack of M&Ms!
Most - saw the funny side!
