This vegetarian salad is sublime. Light, fresh and full of flavour. Sweet and tart beetroot, grated carrot and celery slices couple perfectly with the well-seasoned quinoa salad. Topped with nuts and seeds and our house made citrus flavoured labneh (Rich, milky and tart, labneh is a yoghurt like dish that’s considered a staple in Middle Eastern cuisine).
