If you or someone you care for receives a Support at Home Program, TNM can supply nutritious meals that are easy to enjoy and fit within your support plan.

We work with SAH Program support clients, carers, and support coordinators across the Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Tin Can Bay and North Brisbane to deliver quality meals with real personal service. Every meal is cooked by our in-house team and delivered directly to your door by someone you’ll recognise.

What is a SAH Program?

A Support at Home Program is a government-funded program that provides support for older Australians who want to stay in their own home. You may be eligible for help with daily tasks such as transport, cleaning, personal care, and meals.

TNM can be included in your package under “Meal preparation and delivery”. Depending on your provider and package level, up to 70% of your delivery could be covered. If you’re not sure, we’re happy to talk you through the process.

Check your eligibility

If you’re over 65, you may be eligible for a government-funded SAH Program.

If you already have a package in place, move to the next step.

Step 2

Talk to your provider

Ask your support at home provider if your package includes support for meal preparation and delivery.

Let them know you’d like to use Top Nosh Meals (TNM) as your preferred supplier.

Before ordering online when you have SAH Program, call our staff to ensure your discount is set up.

Explore our wide range of meals online, or contact us and we’ll send a printed menu to your home. Our team can help you choose meals that suit your tastes, dietary needs and portion preferences.

Step 4

Delivery to your door

We deliver to the Sunshine Coast, Hinterland, Gympie, Tin Can Bay and North Brisbane. You’ll receive your meals from the same trusted Top Nosh drivers

If you’re not home, just leave out an esky or cooler bag and we’ll place your meals safely.

Meals are made fresh in Beerwah using local produce and frozen to keep safely until you are ready to enjoy them. Whether you’re managing care yourself or a loved one, we make sure meals are one less thing to worry about.

Support at Home Program FAQs

Once you have confirmed with your Home Care provider that you would like Top Nosh Meals (TNM) to provide your discounted meals, your provider will contact us to set up an account for you. We will then contact you via phone to organise your first order. We will ask if you will be using the phone or the website to order.

You cannot set yourself up, as you need your Home Care provider to confirm your eligibility for discounted meals. If you are eligible, you simply need to inform them that you’d like your meals through Top Nosh Meals (TNM) and your Home Care provider will then contact us via email to confirm your eligibility and details and we’ll set you up.

We will then contact you via phone to organise your first order. We will ask if you will be using the phone or the website to order.

No, you don’t require a Support at Home Program to shop with TNM. However, if you do have a Support at Home Program, you can charge up to 70% of your orders to your Program and save.

Support at Home Programs are in-home care & services for seniors that are funded (either in part or in full) by the Australian Government. Level 3 Support at Home Programs (SAH Program Level 3 or SAH Program 3) are designed to support people who have intermediate-level care needs.
