All orders for our fresh meals need to be with us by...

Q. Is there a minimum order and/or a delivery fee?
Yes - the minimum order is $45 + a $5 delivery fee (so overall $50 is the minimum order).
Q. How can I pay for my order and when do I have to pay?
We accept Visa/Mastercard and Paypal for online orders. For orders placed over the phone we take Visa/Mastercard only. Our drivers DONT have mobile EFTPOS.
Sorry but we don't take any form of payment on delivery, unless you are an existing customer from our Meals4U days or we have a special arrangement with you. Please call us if you are unable to pay by debit or credit card. When you place an order over the phone we can charge your Debit/Credit card.
If you have a Seniors Home Care Package with available funds, there is a very good chance that you will be able to charge a large % of the cost of your delivery to your Home Care Package.

Q. Are your delivery vehicles refrigerated?
Yes - all our meals are delivered in a refrigerated vehicle.
Q. Are the meals delivered in an eski?
No - but they can be! We'll assume that you'll be home if you don't let us know otherwise and then your meals are handed to you at your front door.
Q. If I have arranged to have my meals left in an eski how long will they stay chilled/frozen once delivered?
By Prior Arrangment - your order can be packed into an eski box with ice sheets that will keep your meals chilled for up to 2 hours out of a fridge. This does rely on the driver knowing where there is a sheltered spot shaded from the sun and wind, so, please let us know this when you complete your order in the Special Delivery Instructions area. Please pack your meals into a fridge as soon as you can, but always within 2 hours of the delivery taking place.
Q. Can the driver enter my premises un- accompanied and store the meals in my fridge for me?
Please call us before placing your order and we can discuss the options that are available.
Q. Suddenly I have decided that I don't need the delivery. Can I cancel my order once paid for?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your cirumstances change. In particular Fresh Meals are prepared specifically to your order and once made we typically cannot automatically refund you for them. We do, however take each case on its merits and will help with a part refund if and when we can.
