The secret to fantastic microwave meals is to REST your dish in the microwave for the same amount of time ( or longer if possible) as you microwaved it.

A medium meal is perfect if you microwave from frozen on high heat for 3.5 mins then REST it for 3.5 mins , then give it another 2 mins and REST it for 2 mins. Then you can enjoy!!

A Petite is best if you microwave from frozen on high heat for 2.5 mins then REST it for 2.5 mins , then give it another 1 mins if necessary and REST it for 1-2 mins. Then you can enjoy!!

Large meals take patience: But lets face it… if it’s worth eating it worth waiting!

Microwave the large meal from frozen on high heat for 5 mins then REST it for 5 mins , then give it another 4-5 mins  and REST it for 4-5 mins. Then you can enjoy!!
