The expiration date can be found printed on the label of each product.
Our fresh meals can be stored safely in your  fridge for 8 days from the production date, when kept entirely refrigerated. And they can be stored frozen for 6 months, as long as they are frozen BEFORE the used by date is expired. Frozen meals can be stored for 6 months.
We offer low-gluten, or dairy free or vegetarian or low carb meal options at Top Nosh Meals. As we have gluten products in our kitchen, we are unable to guarantee our meals as gluten-free - however, we do our best to offer a variety of low-gluten options. If you suffer from Coeliac Disease or are gluten intolerant, we recommend consulting your GP or healthcare professional for their advice on which meals to choose.

Top Nosh Meals prepares and cooks all of our meals in our commercial-grade kitchen in Beerwah, Queensland. Our meals are cooked by our 13 hard-working staff.
Once you have confirmed with your Home Care Package provider that you would like Top Nosh Meals to provide your discounted meals, we will be in contact with your provider to set up an account for you. You won't need to do anything else - we'll have the discount set up on your account automatically.
To register your Home Care Package with Top Nosh, you need to contact your Care provider to confirm your eligibility for discounted meals. If you are eligible, you simply need to inform them that you'd like your meals through Top Nosh Meals. Your Home Care Provider will then contact us to confirm your details and we'll set you up with a linked account.
No, you don't require a Home Care Package to shop with Top Nosh. However, if you do have a Home Care Package, you can charge up to 70% of your orders to your Package and save.
Home Care Packages are in-home care & services for seniors that are funded (either in part or in full) by the Australian Government. Level 3 Home Care Packages (HCP Level 3 or HCP3) are designed to support people who have intermediate-level care needs.
At Top Nosh, we use an encrypted payment option that safely hides your credit card or payment details. This means that your details are safe and you won't need to worry about fraud.
It's important to only purchase items and orders online from reputable websites. At Top Nosh, we use an encrypted payment option, which means that your payment details are hidden and safe. We don't share your details with anyone.
We have no contracts, agreements or conditions. You are free to order as often or as infrequently as you please.
We accept credit card and Paypal payments for our orders.

No. If you plan on not being home when your delivery arrives, simply leave an esky with an ice brick inside at your door, and our drivers will leave your meals inside. If we need to leave an esky because you are not home, we will charge $5 for the reusable ice sheet and a foam esky.
All orders for our fresh meals need to be with us by 4pm Monday (if you are ordering over the phone or via email) or by midnight Monday (for orders placed via our website). All orders for our frozen meals need to be with us by 4pm the day before we deliver to you (for all ordering methods)
If you'd like to cancel an order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Fresh meals are prepared on order, and once made we typically cannot refund the order. However, we understand that circumstances can change, which is why we will do our best to make changes to your order if you contact us promptly.
Yes. The minimum order amount is $65 + a $8 delivery fee (totalling $73).
