Can anyone resist a rich creamy decadent cheesy mornay? We know we can't here at TNM. This tasty dish is just a little bit naughty: but it's full of all our fresh veggies that have been roasted and steamed to perfection before being bathed in a smooth cheesy coating. We've laid them on a tiny bed of penne pasta too then topped it all off with toasted herbed breadcrumbs! Don't tell your dietitian about this one.. because they'll want one too!
